 My name is Shay A., and I am the founder and licensed esthetician behind PCS. Originally from Ohio (Go Buckeyes!), I recently relocated to North Carolina to explore new opportunities for expansion and growth. With years of hands-on experience and training,

 I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned brands such as Lancôme, MAC, European Wax Center, Dermalogica, and several Sephora-partnered brands. After achieving business successes—marked by significant revenue growth, surpassing market projections, and experiencing consistent customer expansion—I decided it was time to pursue my passion and expertise by launching my own business. 

I am extremely down to earth and I am a pretty complex individual. A few ways to describe my vibe? I am very artistic, I love culture, and books are making a comeback for my life. Also I have a deep love for nature and herbal wellness.
